Headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with offices throughout the United States, Canada and Europe, CDI Aerospace partners with companies to help improve time to market and complete critical engineering tasks.
We are looking for local engineers or those who are willing to relocate to work under the direction of the Product Manager and/or the supervision of the Site Manager of one of our partnering companies in Phoenix, Arizona. This position will provide technical lead to implement manufacturing technologies for military/commercial aircraft engine and electrical control systems. The position also supports the manufacturing of existing products, the bid and proposal process. The work involves developing and implementing production/ processing methods and controls for multi plant projects. It also provides technical support to improve current manufacturing processes, solves daily manufacturing problems as well as supports the start-up and process development for new engine and control system products.

Technical Skills--Must be able to continuously improve skills related to job and share expertise with others. Must be willing to learn and work well in a fast paste environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Industrial Science.
1 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments desired.
Experience in manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience a plus.
